Motion Control Device for PlayStation 3
Sony announced the motion control device for the PlayStation called PlayStation Move planned to be marketed in the end of 2010. This device has a sensor based motion control that can be used for High Definition gaming. PlayStation Move device also provides a sub-controller that can be used simultaneously for navigation in the game for characters and objects. Besides the sub-controller, Sony also announced the Playstation Eye camera.
Usage PlayStation Move it should be complemented with the PlayStation Eye to detect the proper motion and position in 3D space that makes gamers being in the game.
Slow and fast movements can also be detected so that the game of tennis and painting can be done. For the PlayStation Eye camera can be used to caught sound or image player that lets players Augmented Reality experience.
Device controller is not use a cable/wireless, also equipped with Bluetooth which allows controllers to transfer information wirelessly.
Currently 36 developers have decided to support this Move the PlayStation platform. And until April 2011 SCE Worldwide Studios plans to release 20 games that can use the PlayStatiom Move platform.
